Reporting
Member reporting is something we expect and we thank you for doing your part to uphold our standards. All reports will be taken seriously and we can assure you that action will be taken when appropriate to protect our community.
When to report?
There are a variety of different occasions when a member can report someone. These consist of:
Ingame Reporting (Someone breaching in-game rules e.x - Random Death Match)
Department Reporting (Someone breaching department guidelines e.x - Misuse of Force)
Staff Report (Staff member breaching Rules / Regulations e.x - Being Treated Unfairly)
It's important to know the key differences in the type of report you file - to ensure that it's investigated properly & thoroughly by the correct people.
How to report?
To in-game report a member. Do /report - try to include as much evidence as possible. A member of the staff team may request evidence such as clips (if necessary), however, it's important to note this is not always required. If no staff member is online, please open a support ticket in our discord.
To report a member of a department - you must navigate to the support centre section in our discord, and open a department report. A member of command from that department will respond, you may be required to give evidence, and provide a statement. Please ensure you have the correct name of the member you're reporting.
How long do reports take to be handled?
All in-game reports are aimed to be handled 'as soon as possible', we ask that you do not specualate your report in the 'OOC' chatbox. If you believe it needs to be handled sooner please open a support ticket in our discord.
All department/staff reports will be responded to within 72 hours of the report. A notification on the outcome of the report/investigation may be given, however, please note; that this is not always possible.
