Appeals

We understand that appeals are important for many who do get punished within our infrastructure. Outlined below is ways you can appeal a sanction including: Ban, Kick, Warn.

All ban appeals must be submitted through our discord. Please navigate your way to our support centre section and open a support ticket. Please note; If your ban appeal has been denied you can re-appeal after the duration of ninety (90) days has passed.

Want to appeal a warn/kick? If you feel you was treated unfairly, this would classify as a staff report. Please navigate your way to our reporting section, to find out how to report a staff member.

How long do appeals take?

A member of our administration team will respond to ban appeals within 48 hours with an outcome. If your ban appeal has been denied - you may re-apply after a duration of ninety (90) days.
