Chain of Command

  1. The chain of command allows the community to maximize efficiency in dealing with and handling issues or queries. It should be followed at all times.

  2. Documentation approval requires a member of community leadership & head of department approval, please use designated channels available within your department discord to access the documentation submission section.

  3. If a member is filing a report regarding an admin a member of the community administration team will handle said matter.

  4. Not all members have an ‘open-door policy’ within the community, therefore if you believe you cannot access an appropriate member to resolve your issue, you may escalate through the department's command structure.
